Minimum versions keep a streak alive. Rest days don't break the gym streak.
Settings
Weight sets how much a habit counts in the daily score. A minimum version earns half credit and keeps streaks alive. Turning a habit off or adding one takes effect from today.
Tap a meal on the Day screen to add its macros. Leave kcal empty to work it out from protein, carbs and fat.
Workout name for each day. Leave blank for a rest day.
Changing a unit doesn't convert numbers you've already logged.
After you tick the first habit, the app suggests the next step.
Main muscle and form cues for each lift. Cues show in the gym log when you pick the exercise.
Hours per week for each subject. Progress shows in the study log and Stats.
Each challenge has its own dates, calendar, stats, badges and report. Your log, habits, meals and schedule carry over.
CSV files open in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. The daily log has one row per day across every challenge; the lift file has one row per set.
Your log lives in this browser only. Copy a backup to keep it safe or move it to another device.
Restore: paste a backup or choose a .json file. This replaces what's on this device.
Erase every logged day and reset settings on this device? Cloud sync is turned off first, so your synced copy stays safe. Copy a backup if you might want it back.
